In order to be effective, yoga must be practiced on a regular basis – ideally 3 – 5 times a week. We recommend creating a regular practice from the moment you get started. Our new students begin with the Intro Month Special and create 2 goals: 1) take the second class within 24 hours and 2) practice 10 times in the first 30 days (or as many as possible!). When students follow this proven method, the results are amazing!
