In order to be effective, fitness must be part of a regular routine – ideally 5-3 times a week. We recommend creating a regular practice from the moment you get started. Our new students begin by creating 2 goals: 1) take the second class within 24 hours and 2) work out 10 times in the first 30 days (or as many as possible!). When students follow this proven method, the results are amazing!
