This is a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow based class combining the Ashtanga Primary series with more options for transitions taking your practice upside down and with arm balances. 
An abbreviated version of the classic series, all 26 poses are practiced, some as single sets or flows. Helpful as a tune-up, to fit a busy schedule, or if you are recovering from illness and injury and are working on your stamina. All levels welcome.
The classic 26-posture beginner series. Excellent as a strengthening, flexibility, and recovery tool. Room is heated to over 105°F and humidity is added to keep you limber. All levels welcome.
The classic 26-posture beginner series practiced with music. 
All levels welcome! Boot camp strings together circuits of 30-60 seconds of intense exercise, with only a few seconds of pause in between. Boot Camp builds endurance, strength and flexibility while working every muscle in the body.  
Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and is performed in a heated room. It is an intense, full body, low impact workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health for men and women of all fitness levels.

This all-level, dynamic class uses TRX Suspension Trainers to build strength, flexibility, & endurance while activating your core. All levels welcome.
The perfect compliment to any hot yoga practice. Yin yoga is all floor work and each posture is held for 1-5 minutes to deepen flexibility. The long, yummy holds deepen your yoga practice significantly, and melt away any tension.

With a heavy focus on spine, hip and joint health, your teacher Amber (also a licensed Acupuncturist) uses relevant acupressure point ignition with each assist. Benefitting your mind, body and heart, and sending you into a wonderfully, delicious sleep every Sunday evening.

Yoga Grooves is a fun, playful workout combining strength building yoga asanas with invigorating dance drills. Enliven your yogic practice with sacred rhythms and ancient poses. Come open your body, move in news ways and free your spirit.
