STAFF instructs the following:
  • P60 (Power 60)
  • A vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa yoga that emphasizes strength, flexibility, detoxification, balance, & stamina. Each class consists of challenging sequences of athletic movements performed with focus & intention. All levels welcome.

  • B90 (Bikram 90)
  • The classic 26-posture beginner series. Excellent as a strengthening, flexibility, and recovery tool. Room is heated to over 105°F and humidity is added to keep you limber. All levels welcome.

  • Boot Camp (60)
  • All levels welcome! Boot camp strings together circuits of 30-60 seconds of intense exercise, with only a few seconds of pause in between. Boot Camp builds endurance, strength and flexibility while working every muscle in the body.  

  • P75 (Power 75)
  • A vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa yoga that emphasizes strength, flexibility, detoxification, balance, & stamina. Each class consists of challenging sequences of athletic movements performed with focus & intention. All levels welcome.
