Julie instructs the following:
  • B60 (Bikram 60)
  • An abbreviated version of the classic series, all 26 poses are practiced, some as single sets or flows. Helpful as a tune-up, to fit a busy schedule, or if you are recovering from illness and injury and are working on your stamina. All levels welcome.

  • B90 (Bikram 90)
  • The classic 26-posture beginner series. Excellent as a strengthening, flexibility, and recovery tool. Room is heated to over 105°F and humidity is added to keep you limber. All levels welcome.

  • Inferno Hot Pilates
  • Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and is performed in a heated room. It is an intense, full body, low impact workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health for men and women of all fitness levels.
