B60 (Bikram 60)
An abbreviated version of the classic series, all 26 poses are practiced, some as single sets or flows. Helpful as a tune-up, to fit a busy schedule, or if you are recovering from illness and injury and are working on your stamina. All levels welcome.
B90 (Bikram 90)
The classic 26-posture beginner series. Excellent as a strengthening, flexibility, and recovery tool. Room is heated to over 105°F and humidity is added to keep you limber. All levels welcome.
Bikram Beats (90)
An fusion of the classic 26 posture beginner series and the classic 84 posture advanced series. An invitation to step into the next phase of your practice, beginners welcome. Practiced to music.
