All levels welcome! Boot camp strings together circuits of 30-60 seconds of intense exercise, with only a few seconds of pause in between. Boot Camp builds endurance, strength and flexibility while working every muscle in the body.
TRX (Tabata Timing)
TRX is Suspension Training, Invented by a Navy Seal to stay in shape, This class will build core strength fast and is a great compliment to any fitness routine for people of all levels.
Y90 (Yin Yoga 90min)
The perfect compliment to any hot yoga practice. Yin yoga is all floor work and each posture is held for 1-5 minutes to deepen flexibility. The long, yummy holds deepen your yoga practice significantly, and melt away any tension.
With a heavy focus on spine, hip and joint health, your teacher Amber (also a licensed Acupuncturist) uses relevant acupressure point ignition with each assist. Benefitting your mind, body and heart, and sending you into a wonderfully, delicious sleep every Sunday evening.
P60 (Power 60)
A vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa yoga that emphasizes strength, flexibility, detoxification, balance, & stamina. Each class consists of challenging sequences of athletic movements performed with focus & intention. All levels welcome.
