Getting started at Frequency is as easy as 1-2-3! Whether you’re taking your first class or it’s been a while since you’ve practiced with us, you can get started on the path to wellness again with three easy steps. The interval classes go by fast you where a heart rate monitor to help you do your best at your level. Do not let the words high intensity scare you it just means short intervals if your used to doing bikram yoga you will get a similar feeling of really doing something good and you will not be disappointed. 

1. Sign up to create an account. If you’ve been here before, Please search for your name.
2.  or Give us a call at (415) 453-9642 to reserve the time that works best for you.

3. for HIIT you must have athletic shoes and Guys must wear a shirt in class. WE rent cycle shoes at $2.00 a class.  Most wear leggings, yoga pants or shorts, you do not need special cycle pants

4. please sign up ahead of time for Hiit or we cannot start on time!!

4. Go to class – work hard, Sweat, have fun. Be Amazed!



When you arrive for your first class, let the front desk know it’s your first time. We’ll be happy to show you around and get you set for class. Each class begins promptly on time. Students arriving more than 5 minutes after class starts will not be permitted into the room.

How to prepare

Hydrate: Drink lots of water before, during, and after class! Hydration is very important and can make a big difference in your results. You can bring your own bottle and fill up at one of our stations or you can purchase cold bottled water from the front desk.
Eat:  Plan on a full meal a few hours before class, or have a light snack up to a half hour before. Avoid eating large meals immediately before your workout.
Attire: Wear comfortable, breathable clothing you are ready to sweat in. We recommend bringing a water bottle and sweat towel but if you forget, we have offer towels and beverages for rental or purchase at the front desk.

Arrival and Check-in

Get here early: Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to get checked in, rent shoes, grab any incidentals, and get the spot you want. *If this is your first time, please call the studio beforehand in order to book your first class and take advantage of our intro offer. 
Check-in: Swing by the front desk and give us your name so we can make sure you are signed in and get you everything you need for class. First timers need to sign a waiver and clients must be at least 13 years of age to join class under parent or guardian supervision. Clients at least 16+ years old need a parent signature on their waiver but can take class on their own.

Safety

Make sure you are clipped in securely to your bike and everything feels tight. Either your instructor or someone from the front desk will assist you with bike setup. Check in with yourself and make us aware of any injuries or restrictions you may have. Our instructors are here to motivate you but be sure to listen to your body, its always OK to back it down if you need to.
