Getting started at Frequency is as easy! Whether you’re taking your first class or it’s been a while since you’ve practiced with us, you can get started on the path to wellness again with three easy steps.
1. Sign up to create an account. If you’ve been here before, search for your name.
2. Give us a call at (415) 453-9642 to reserve the time that works best for you.
3. Preparation for hot yoga
No food two hours before first class, three hours if large meal
Drink water drink at least 20oz of water an hour before class or drink all day, you should drink half you body weight in oz of water everyday plus 24oz.
Wear tight fitting clothing baggy clothes get in the way. Men wear yoga shorts or swimsuit, women where yoga pants or shorts and yoga top or or exercise
Bring a yoga mat, a large towel and extra towel to take a shower after
Bring a bottle of water (not glass in yoga room please)
Go to class – get ready to Sweat. Smile. Be Amazed!
When you arrive for your first class, let the front desk know it’s your first time. We’ll be happy to show you around and get you set for class,
WHY WE DO IT
Sign up and register online for your first class. This simplifies things and lets us know you’re coming. Arrive 15 minutes before the class time. Tell our friendly front desk staff it’s your first time and they’ll take good care of you!
Wear comfortable clothing: tank tops, sports bra, breathable tees, yoga shorts, or running shorts are ideal. Avoid pants, sweats and long sleeve shirts. Undergarments or see-through garments are not permitted in the yoga room.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a towel, and bottle of water.
Please do not bring your cell phone, wallet, car keys, bag, etc. into the hot room. There are cubbies in the changing rooms, which are members-only areas, to store your personal belongings. If you are a medical professional on call, or need your phone because of an emergency, please alert the instructor before class.
